I have experience of 6 plus years in Primavera P6 developing and updating level 1 thru 4 schedules.

Recently assigned to take on the scheduling duties of a major project on the BP GOM

Accomplished developer and user of excel spreadsheets as demonstrated by the activities so listed below. Developed curves for progress and others processes as also listed below. Also Icicle graphs for tracking progress.

Assigned on the BP GOM fleet department, was the only scheduler of three for several months handling all fleet projects. Roughly 15 different schedules for 7 different hubs or platforms.

Recent working with P6 developing level 4 schedules, while at the same time developing road maps and RDI schedules using Excel and charts. Enter acting with all disciples to get their input.

First assignment for WP - ERA schedule and RDI progress reporting procedures on the A-D Sakhalin Project for the ERA work group.

Accomplished planner/scheduling professional with thirty plus years of increasing responsibility. Very detail oriented and precise in operational procedures. I originated a scheduling department to sixteen people and one supervisor while managing multimillion dollar project. Analyzing Hinds Energy Facility Vacuum Pump Schedule—Consisting of new vacuum and booster pumps.  Consisting of mechanical, civil/structural, electrical, process, piping, controls systems, procurement and construction.   Project Controls Analyst II Worley Parsons   Lead scheduler on job for 465 mile 36” pipeline (land). Build it for the complete project to be submitted with the proposal. It covered all aspects of the project from environmental to commissioning. Used P6 program.     Project Controls Analyst II Worley Parsons Intecsea   Oil line re-route deep sea schedule and expediting long lead items. Convert level one/two Microsoft project to P6. Expediting long lead items of three different vendors. Valves, Wyes, Flanges and Pipe.   Project Controls Analyst II WP ECII BP GOM Horn Mountain Updating 6 different project schedules for the Horn Mountain Hub.  Contacting discipline leads for logic connections, progress and added activities. Using their updates and In Control to update the schedules with man hours and percent complete. Providing resource graphs and charts needed to In Control for they reports at month end. Attending meetings and providing schedule information when needed. Printing and formatting the schedules to meet the PEs and discipline lead needs and desires.  Also attended planning meetings for offshore construction work pack development. Attended BP offshore readiness review and forecast scheduling meetings.

I was covering approximately 15 different schedules for several different projects across three to six Hubs. Boemre Vents, Corrosion Inhibitors and Crane Reliability Study and Installation.
